• Advisory Board appoints Klemens Breuer as General Partner
  • Klemens Breuer will succeed Professor Dr Stephan Schüller, who will retire as a General Partner at the end of March 2018

 

Düsseldorf, 27. September 2017 - The Advisory Board of Bankhaus Lampe KG has appointed Klemens Breuer as a General Partner. He will join the bank on 1 November 2017 as the designated successor of Professor Stephan Schüller, who is scheduled to retire at the end of March 2018 after twelve years at the bank’s forefront. As the spokesman for the General Partners, Breuer will assume Schüller’s responsibilities for overall management of the bank and asset management at this time.

Klemens Breuer: extensive Management Board experience

Breuer has over 20 years of experience in the banking sector. Originally from North-Rhine Westphalia, Breuer studied business administration in Aachen before taking on various roles in the capital market division of a private bank. He went on to work for a German regional bank for a number of years, including serving as a member of the Management Board with responsibility for capital markets. Most recently, Breuer served as a member of the Management Board of the Austrian Raiffeisenbank International AG for several years, where he was responsible for markets and investment banking, retail banking and asset management in 14 countries.

Professor Dr Stephan Schüller to retire in spring

Schüller will continue in the role of spokesman for the General Partners of Bankhaus Lampe KG until the end of March 2018. He has held this position since March 2006. Under his leadership, Bankhaus Lampe has grown significantly and has developed into a leading provider of individual asset management and corporate finance services.
